With over 16 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Lateya Smith has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, dependable, and quality care to individuals and families in need. Certified in both Pennsylvania and South Carolina, she has worked closely with clients of all ages and backgrounds, gaining hands-on experience in both personal care and healthcare support services.

In August 2019, Lateya founded Judah Med Care LLC with a vision to create a healthcare agency built on compassion, professionalism, dignity, and trust. Since then, the company has grown into a certified minority-owned business providing both in-home care and healthcare facility staffing services throughout South Carolina.

Judah Med Care LLC proudly serves pediatric, adult, and senior clients, including individuals with physical and mental disabilities. The agency is committed to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, and quality care while delivering reliable support tailored to each client's unique needs.
